After arriving in Airlie Beach you will need to go to the check in desk in town. Look for the Explore Whitsundays office which is located along 'The Esplanade'. What's better is that they are open 7 days a week!
Where possible please check in in the day before departure to allow for the possibilities of plane and transport delays. Our trips are very exciting and busy, it does not make sense to embark on an Whitsunday Island boat trip after sleeping all night on a bus or plane.
If you arriving on the same day as departure it is very important to check in a minimum of 60 minutes before your scheduled departure, On board briefings are conducted 30 minutes before the actual departure times.

On board the vessel you will be asked to fill out a dive medical.
If you have had previous asthma, heart disease/conditions, diabetes or any type of underlying medical problem you will NEED to see a doctor and get yourself a Dive Medical.
No experience is necessary if you have never scuba dived before as long as you are in good physical health. If you wish to dive and are worried about some previous medical condition, then please allow time to get a dive medical from an Australian medical practice.
