Whitsunday Sunset's Menu

Below is an example of what you should expect on your Whitsunday Catamarans Whitsunday Blue experience. Occasionally we make minor changes to suit local availabilities of produce. At all times we guarantee the quality of our food.

Fresh fruit is included throughout your trip and a range of soft drink refreshments are available for just a small amount. We cater for all dietary requirements from vegetarian to gluten intolerant and we are happy to help with any special occasions aboard like birthdays, honeymooners and anniversaries.

Day One

Arrival

Freshly baked cakes and welcome drink.

Dinner

Fresh parcels of fish with lemon & herbs. Accompanied with rice, vegetables & fresh bread.

Dessert

Cheesecake served with strawberries & cream.

Brewed Coffee and a selection of teas are always available

 

Day 2

Breakfast

Fresh fruit platter, Swiss muesli, cereals, fresh oven warmed croissants Brewed Coffee and a selection of herbal teas.

Morning Tea

Fresh plunger Coffee with a selection of homemade cakes.

Lunch

Fresh quiche with garden salad.

Afternoon

Chocolate chip cookies and tea/coffee and hot chocolate.

Sunset Snacks

Carrots, celery with biscuits all served with assorted dips and cheese.

Dinner

Flamed barbecue Tuscan chicken served with a fresh Greek salad & Tuscan seasoned potatoes, accompanied with oven baked crisp herb dinner rolls.

Dessert

Fresh chocolate mud cake with cream.

 

Day 3

Breakfast

Fresh fruit salad, Swiss muesli, cereals & English muffins with a selection of spreads. Brewed Coffee and an array of herbal teas.

Morning Tea

Fresh plunger Coffee with a selection of homemade cakes.

Lunch

Superb smorgasbord- Shaved roast chicken, champagne leg ham, spinach pine nut and feta salad, mango and macadamia salad with wholegrain and scotch rolls.

Afternoon Tea

Chocolate chip cookies and tea/coffee and hot chocolate.

Sunset Snacks

Whitsunday Catamarans famous Nachos

Dinner

Porterhouse steak cooked to your request with a Mushroom sauce Served with steamed vegetables, accompanied by cheese and herb ciabatta bread.

Desert

Apple pie with cream or custard.

 

Day 4

Breakfast

Fresh fruit salad, Swiss muesli, cereals & freshly made pancakes with a selection of spreads. Brewed Coffee and an array of herbal teas.

Morning Tea

Full antipasto platter with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, cheeses & dips.

Whitsunday Blue is a BYO vessel, please feel free to bring bottles of wine and if possible beer in cans.
Always available on board are our large fruit baskets along with tea and coffee making facilities.
