Whitsunday Blue 2 - Itinerary

Day One

Departing from Abel Point Marina around 3.00 pm is the beginning of your  Whitsunday Blue experience - Waiting to welcome you aboard our magnificent catamaran are our skipper and hostess. After an on board vessel briefing, we steam out to explore the very best the Whitsundays have to offer. We begin our journey with a nice sail across to Hook Island to an inlet called Narra Inlet.

At Narra Inlet you can ask your crew about the history of the inlet, watch the sunset over the islands as you lounge around on our comfortable foredeck nets sipping a chilled drink - where else in the world could you possibly want to be?

After dinner, kick back and enjoy the company of new friends.... After a last glance across the shimmering waters of the harbour, you fall into your huge, comfy berth and enjoy the best nights’ sleep you’ve ever had while Blue floats peacefully in her secluded anchorage.

Day Two

Don’t sleep in – there’s too much to do! The crew are up early to make you a cuppa and prepare your fabulous continental breakfast. The offer for an early morning swim is there to help refresh you for your day ahead.

After a quiet pleasant sail we head off to visit the vast silica sands of magnificent Whitehaven Beach. See just why this beach is rated the most beautiful in the world. It will take your breath away. Wading through crystal clear water over brilliant fine white sand with the ocean vista before you is an experience never to be forgotten and another highlight of your Whitsunday Blue cruise.

From Whitehaven Beach you will steam ahead to our first snorkel destination for the trip, always weather dependent as to which destinations the vessel cruises to. Mantaray Bay, Luncheon Bay or Blue Pearl Bay are the likely destinations, all of which have beautiful fish life and amazing corals as it is all part on the world famous Great Barrier Reef.

Swim or laze on the world’s finest beach. You may never want to leave but after a superb smorgasbord, we anchor up to visit one of the many sensational islands fringed by stunning coral reef. After a full day of diving, swimming or simply relaxing and soaking up the magnificent views, our palatial cruise boat will anchor up at another snorkel destination for a peaceful evening in this tropical island destination.

Day Three

Wake early - or late! After Breakfast explore the Inlet by dinghy or take the famous walk past ancient aboriginal cave drawings to one of Nara’s highest peaks. At the right time of year, a sparkling waterfall cascades from rock pools to the waters below. Then it’s off around the corner to spectacular Langford reef where you can play amongst the marine life of the Whitsunday Islands with the playground of the rich and famous, Hayman Island before you.

On our trip back to Airlie Beach, lounge around on the huge forward nets and soak up the stunning views... sure to be with you for years to come... Whitsunday Blue has to be the very best way to visit as much as possible of our beautiful Island Archipelago. With our friendly crew, fine food and spacious accommodation, you’ll love seeing the Whitsundays the Whitsunday Catamarans way.

Whitsunday Blue is fantastic choice for a nice relaxing Whitsundays experience.
